NACME has always supported underrepresented minorities along a continuum of educational experience. Our belief is that all young people need to be prepared for college, and all college students need to be prepared for work in a technologically advancing world. While delivering scholarships remains our core function, NACME has also created programs that form a coherent career development pathway along which a student may journey successfully from middle school to graduation from our nation’s engineering institutions and into the workplace.
