Logo Usage Guidelines

Use of the NACME logotype is subject to your acceptance of the following guidelines:

  1. The logotype is not editable under any circumstances. Nor must it be recreated.
  2. The NACME logo must always be surrounded by adequate blank space to ensure visual impact. This space is called the area of isolation:
    • The standard area of isolation is equal to the cap height and must be maintained on all sides.
    • When a rule is used with the logotype, a minimum distance of ½ the cap height is required between the base of the rule and the top of the cap.
  3. NACME must approve use of its logotype when used with other logotypes or as part of a publication or broadcast not created by NACME.
  4. Only the color representations above may be used. Colors may not be substituted for the correct PMS color.
  5. In Black & White applications, the black or white logotype may be used. However, the black logotype must appear on a solid white background and the white logotype must appear on a solid black background.
  6. In color applications using the white logo, a solid background color other than black may be used if the contrast is reasonably strong.
