Internship Program Overview:

This internship offers an immersive experience, providing the opportunity to engage deeply with real projects and gain hands-on-skills. We are looking for undergraduate and graduate students to work closely with experienced professionals, receiving mentorship and guidance throughout the internship experience.

Our internship program encourages collaboration, personal and professional growth. As an intern at Phillips 66, you'll gain hands-on experience working on challenging projects, collaborating with industry experts, and contributing to real-world solutions you'll be at the forefront of innovation and progress. The internship is an 11 week, 40 hours per week program.
