The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks that can include:

• Project work in process & analytical development, commercialization, technical operations, pharma quality assurance, information technology, global clinical trial operations, or facility design and construction across both the human and animal health sectors of the business.
• Meaningful relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
• The development of professional leadership capabilities
• Involvement in the continuous improvement of both manufacturing and business processes.
• Developed experiences in project and process management
