C.A.S.E. Academy

NACME’s C.A.S.E. Academy: Career Accelerator in Science and Engineering is a suite of physical and virtual programs offered to NACME Scholars and other under-represented students matriculating at partner University engineering and computer science programs. The C.A.S.E. Academy is meant to enhance campus offerings from our partner Universities with content provided by the companies who make up the NACME Board of Directors. The combination of academic excellence, professional development, and technical training ensures that NACME Scholars are “career ready” for the competitive workforce of today and tomorrow:

Academic Excellence

NACME, along with select partner Universities, offer proven programs to ensure students majoring in engineering and computer science hold a minimum GPA of 3.0 by the end of the Freshman year.

Professional Development

NACME offers webinars, physical workshops, a virtual career fair, and participation in corporate networking events to ensure NACME Scholars are presented competitively for both internships and full-time opportunities.

Technical Excellence

Through workshops, webinars and summer boot camps, content is offered to ensure NACME Scholars are trained in competitive areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, and more.

Executive Speaker Series

The Executive Speaker Series offers unparalleled insight into technical industries through the eyes and experiences of executives from NACME Board Companies. They create a corporate presence among NACME Scholars and key stakeholders by also sharing their personal stories. Research Publications

NACME Research Briefs provide a summary of population trends, pre-college educational challenges for URMs, enrollment and persistence in engineering, engineering degrees, and the U.S. engineering workforce, and provide policy recommendations based on this data.
